Game Provider

Casino

A game provider builds the games a casino offers, and the same title runs identically across sites. Why disputes go to the provider and versions can differ.

A game provider is the studio that designs and builds the games an online casino offers. The casino operates the account, the payments and the promotions; the provider supplies the game itself, its mathematics and its server. Most casinos hold no games of their own, so the same title appears at dozens of sites, identical because it is the same software running on the provider's infrastructure. That separation explains several things players notice. A game that behaves the same everywhere is not a coincidence. A game that disappears from a lobby usually reflects a commercial or licensing change between casino and provider rather than anything about the game. And a dispute about a game round is often escalated to the provider, because the round is recorded on their system rather than the casino's. One provider-level detail matters commercially: some titles are supplied in more than one configured version, so the same game name can run at a different return depending on what the casino deployed. That is why the game's own information panel, not a third-party listing, is the authoritative source for the version you are actually playing.
