A reactivation bonus, also called a win-back or comeback offer, is a promotion sent to players who have stopped depositing or have not logged in for a while. It usually arrives by email, SMS or push message and offers free spins, a small no-deposit credit or a matched reload to encourage a return. The terms are ordinary bonus terms: wagering, game weighting, expiry and a cashout cap all still apply. The point to be clear about is who receives it and why. These messages are triggered by inactivity, which for some people is a deliberate break from gambling, and a well-timed offer can undo that decision.
