Monopoly Live

Monopoly Live is a live game show from Evolution, launched in 2019 and hosted from a studio around a large vertical money wheel. The wheel carries 54 segments. Forty-eight of them are the numbers 1, 2, 5 and 10, which pay their own face value; two are Chance segments, and four send qualifying players into the Roll bonus. Bets are placed in a window of roughly twelve seconds before the host spins, and only the segments a player actually backed can return anything — the number bets and the two bonus-roll bets are staked separately, so an unbet bonus round pays nothing. A Chance segment draws a card that either pays cash on the spot or applies a multiplier to every value on the wheel, after which the wheel is spun again with the bets left in place, and a second multiplier compounds with the first. The Roll bonus is the part the game is known for: an augmented-reality Mr Monopoly walks a three-dimensional board while a pair of dice are rolled, and prizes accumulate as he passes squares, with the rent, doubles and jail rules of the board game applied.
