XXXtreme Lightning Roulette

XXXtreme Lightning Roulette is Evolution's follow-up to Lightning Roulette, and the base game underneath is unchanged: a single-zero wheel with thirty-six numbers and the usual inside and outside bets. After betting closes, the host pulls a lever and the round's Lightning Numbers are drawn — one to five of them, each carrying a random multiplier from 50x up to 500x. Two features are what separate this table from the original. Chain Lightning can fire within a round and electrify further numbers, up to a ceiling of ten multiplied numbers in total. Double Strikes can then raise those multipliers into a band of 600x to 2,000x. Both are random, and neither is something a player can bet on directly. One trade-off runs through the whole design and is worth stating plainly: only straight-up bets are eligible for the multipliers, and an unboosted straight-up win pays 19x here rather than the 30x of the original Lightning Roulette or the 35x of a standard table. Outside bets — red or black, odd or even, the dozens and columns — are unaffected by the lightning layer and pay as they would anywhere.
